PHOTOSHOP TUTORIAL

I woke up early this morning to find a lot of that white wintry snow everyone loves! (hint the sarcasm) So delighted myself in a PS tutorial from Lindsay Adler, who is an amazing fashion photographer. I was then able to try out this new make up technique on a recent image from my photo shoot with Courtnie C. Check out the rest of the images on my Flickr.

Happy one month Micah! I had the pleasure of photographing Micah last week and also finishing up a few pictures this afternoon! I must say he is a stubborn little guy and he sure does love his clothes and his mommy. We found out he doesn't like being a naked baby and his mom has spoiled him with holding him. He was such a good baby though and we captured some great images and some where he was mad at me! This was also a first time experience for me and I must say I have mixed feelings about it, but I had a wonderful time doing this shoot!

If there was a day for everything to go wrong, it would be my luck that it would happen on the day of a wedding. Locking your keys in your car while its running, a lot of white snow falling from the sky, and running late are not things I ever want to experience on the day of a wedding again. Once we arrived the mood immediately changed into a fun, energetic day with lots of smiles! Jason and Maggie were a great couple with lots of smiles and laughter to capture. I had a lot of fun working for Take One Studios with Patti and Mark. I also had the opportunity to have Crystal Black work along side me! It was a wonderful day and want to give a huge congratulations to Jason and Maggie!

 

AFTER DARK EDUCATION | NEW ORLEANS

I had the chance to experience my first After Dark Education experience this past week in New Orleans. I had an amazing week at Afterdark New Orleans! It was great meeting so many amazing photographers! I want to thank Dave Junion, Dan Rowe, and Troy Schroeder for the great opportunity to help and be a part of a wonderful event. Thanks to all the mentor who were willing to share and teach to make this an awesome educational learning experience!

FEASBY FAMILY SESSION | 11.03.10 | RICHMOND, INDIANA

I have known Ashley for about two years now. We both went to OIP&T for photography and also graduated together! Ashley asked me if I could do a session with her and her daughter. So, yesterday we set out to find the park we were going to shoot them at and well it was closed. We then decided to do more of an urban session instead of fall, but the one fall one happens to be my favorite!
