This past weekend I had the opportunity to photograph this wedding with Kelly Settle. I had a lot of fun meeting her and getting to shoot/assist with her, and hope to shoot with her again in the future! Ashley and Britt were a lot of fun and had a bunch of their own ideas. It was a great time capturing these moments for them on such a special day!

JUST FOR FUN!

As I was browsing through one of my former instructors blog, Elizabeth O'Neill Photography | Blogsite I came across an image that I was very interested in. I asked her how she had manipulated the image a few months back and never had the chance to try it on one of my images. I recently found some time to play around with the same concept and here is my result!

SMITH FAMILY | 10.12.10 | RICHMOND, INDIANA

For the past several months when I would go to my aunt to get my hair cut she would ask to get family pictures taken. Well that time finally came and we were able to take some family pictures earlier this week. This is the first time I have taken a family portrait session outside and they turned out great!

I want to thank Patti Needham from Take One Studios, Ron Padgett, and Christina Littleton for allowing the opportunity and a great learning experience! I was very excited to shoot this wedding with getting new equipment the week before! The wedding was very beautiful and Kristen & Michael were the perfect couple.

Here are a few of my favorite things: photography, golfing, and well driving golf carts, and sunny days! A combination of the three made for a beautiful wedding! I had the opportunity to photograph Sarah & Garrett's engagement session and their wedding. They are an amazing couple and loved to have fun in front of the camera!
